What we collect
To take a booking we collect your name, email address, mobile number, country, the guests in your party, your pickup details and anything you tell us in the special requests field.
We collect only what we need to operate your tour. We do not ask for passport or identity-document numbers, and we never store card details on our own systems.
Why we use it
To confirm and operate your booking, to contact you about it, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and — only if you separately opt in — to send you marketing.
Consent to our booking terms and consent to marketing are recorded separately. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your booking.
Who sees it
Your guide and driver see the minimum needed to run your day: name, party size, pickup point, contact number and any requirement you have told us about. Our booking and finance staff see your booking record according to their role.
We share data with payment and messaging providers only as needed to take payment and contact you.
How long we keep it
Booking and financial records are retained for the period required by Qatari law. Enquiries that do not become bookings, and abandoned booking holds, are deleted on a shorter schedule. Exact retention periods are being confirmed with the owner. [PLACEHOLDER]
Your choices
