Who we are
These terms govern bookings made with SandStorm Tour Guides ("we", "us"), a tour operator registered in Doha, Qatar. Our full legal name and Qatar Tourism licence number are shown in the site footer.
By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorised to make the booking for everyone in your party.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a booking reference and a confirmation message. Availability shown on this website is indicative until that point.
Prices are quoted in Qatari riyal (QAR) and include the items listed under "What is included" on the relevant tour page. Anything not listed is excluded.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, for holding valid travel documents and any visa you require, and for telling us about medical, dietary, mobility or accessibility needs before departure.
You must follow the reasonable safety instructions of your guide. We may end a tour without refund if a guest behaves in a way that endangers themselves, other guests or our staff.
Changes by us
Occasionally we must change an itinerary — for weather, road conditions, site closures or safety. Where we do, we will provide a comparable alternative. Where no comparable alternative exists we will offer a new date or a refund.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We strongly recommend that all guests hold travel insurance covering the activities they have booked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
