Private Desert Sunset & Overnight Camp

This is the desert without anyone else in it. We take one group at a time to a private camp well away from the day-trip sites, arriving in time to walk the ridge before sunset. Dinner is cooked on site and eaten outside. The tents are proper ones — beds, bedding, a light — and there is a separate washroom block. Most people stay up longer than they planned, because it is genuinely dark and the sky is genuinely full. Breakfast is early, and you are back in Doha by mid-morning.

Camp is on soft sand and the washroom block is a short walk from the tents. This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users. Please call us before booking if anyone in your group has limited mobility.

A guide stays at camp overnight and there is vehicle access at all times. Satellite communication is carried because mobile coverage is unreliable this far south.
