Making a booking
Choose your date and departure, tell us how many guests are travelling, add any options and pickup details, and complete the booking. You will receive a booking reference and a confirmation message.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have that reference.
Deposits and balances
Some tours take a deposit at the time of booking with the balance due before departure. The deposit percentage and the balance due date are shown on the tour page and again at checkout before you pay anything.
Prices
All prices are per person in Qatari riyal unless the tour page says the price is per vehicle. Child and infant prices apply within the age bands stated on each tour.
The price is recalculated and confirmed at the moment your booking is created. If a price or availability changes while you are booking, we will show you the change and ask you to confirm before anything is charged.
Minimum numbers
Shared tours have a minimum party size. If a departure does not reach it, we will contact you to offer an alternative date or a full refund.
